At this time, we do not offer customized or personalized orders for items listed on our Etsy. Please do not request color modifications, etc. via message. We will no longer cancel/refund orders that select the item and then request modifications.
If you would like a custom ribbon skirt, please send us an email or give us a call! Depending on our maker's workload, we can usually have them done within two weeks.
We can gift wrap an item at a modest cost. Please indicate gift wrap at time of purchase. You can always include a message to your recipient simply by indicating "gift."
Uncertain of dimensions? Ask before you purchase. This is especially important to ensure medallion strands will fit over your head, musical instruments are the right size for use, and to prevent requests for return. We have sizing charts for most of our apparel.
We will not accept returns of wind instruments (flutes) due to concerns over hygiene. The nature of a wind instrument is that the player will put his/her mouth on the instrument. All flutes sales are final. Please feel free to ask questions about size, pitch, tone, etc before placing an order.
Each item listed in our online store has a different return or exchange policy. Be sure to read them carefully before committing to your purchase! Please contact us immediately if your item arrives broken to discuss exchange/replacement options.
We offer First Class, Ground Advantage, Priority, and International shipping options! Due to the rural nature of our Montana home, we cannot offer Priority Mail Express services or overnight shipping.
Unless you pay for Priority shipping, we will be unable to guarantee on-time arrival of items. We do not refund purchases that don't arrive if you elect to not insure or ship Priority Mail.
We do not process refunds for accidental purchases. Please be mindful of completing your transaction. If possible, we may be able to do an exchange, but we will no longer grant a refund.
We do not offer wholesale at this time.
Due to the way Etsy processes payment, we cannot charge your card to add items after you have placed an order. You will need to place another order for the item. During our busy season, it is difficult to combine shipping and issue refunds for shipping overages. Orders are packaged based on the promised date of fulfillment.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Be prepared to pay duties after your item has shipped. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
