How soon will I get my order?
We pride ourselves on getting items turned around in 2-3 days. Please note that we cannot control the weather and other events that could affect delivery times.
Is there a way to track my order?
Each fulfilled order includes tracking numbers and an estimated date of arrival. We recommend priority mail, especially during the winter holidays.
Does the price include sales tax?  
Sales tax is assessed based on your state or where you have the item shipped. Montana does not have a sales tax, so you do not pay sales tax if you buy in-store.
Do you use sustainable shipping materials?  
We use materials provided by the USPS. For store purchases, we use only paper bags (no plastic). For mailing purposes, many of our items ship in manilla bubble mailers or cardboard boxes.
What's your return policy?
Covid has changed a lot of how we do business. We cannot accept returns of apparel, instruments, jewelry, blankets, and all custom orders. Contact us if you have an issue with your item.
Do you accept Apple Pay?  
Shopify, our host site, allows for many purchase options and Apple Pay is now one of them.
What if my items arrive damaged?  
We typically add insurance to more oversized items when we ship and/or encourage shoppers to ship priority mail which helps cover a minimum of $50 in damages. We ask that you contact us right away if an item arrives damaged. Please send a photo of the box/package and the damaged goods.

Do Native people make your products?  
We will include a Handmade For You card with items made by individual tribal people with their tribal affiliation. Mass-produced products with Native designs are noted in the descriptions. Each listing will credit the artist and often includes their photograph as a visual reference.
How do you choose what products you sell?  
It's a process of discovery. Sometimes it's items we've connected with on our travels. Other times we have an artist who refers us to another artist. Our customers may recommend an artist.
How can I get in touch with one of your featured artists?
We often host event nights to connect you to our artists. When you order custom products, such as instruments, ribbon skirts, or moccasins, you'll work with the artist directly.

Do you have a brick-and-mortar store?
Yes, we have a 2,000 square foot retail front in the downtown historic district of Helena.  It was the old Gold Rush town, so our street is called Last Chance Gulch.
How can I leave a review?
We love reviews! We are on Trip Advisor, Google My Business, Google Maps, Yelp, Facebook, Instagram, and Etsy.
What's the difference between an enrolled member and a descendent of the Northern Cheyenne Nation?
An enrolled member of a tribe is someone who meets the blood quantum requirement of a particular tribe. A descendent is a tribal member with tribal blood that is less than the quantum requirement of a specific tribe.
